• SNACK SESSION

Several open discussions and questions will take place on Thursday 29th, and Friday 30th at at the square Cantón dos Moreno. Both days, at 1 pm, different aspects of the audiovisual scene will be analysed in an informal debate together with assistants while enjoying a snack.

• BOOKS 4 U

-        Carlos Reigosa will present his book “ A Lei das ánimas”. With an film style, it depicts rural myths, tales and legends. After the presentation, the author will sign books to those interested.

-        The book “Cine y televisión digital. Manual técnico” by Jorge Carrasco is a text for professionals, students and people interested in broadening their knowledge about digital image management. This handbook offers a quick and thorough reference.

• CAIXIÑA DE MISTOS (ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN)

A Caixiña dos Mistos will roll out its colourful carpets to offer short films from around the world to children. Thus they will enjoy especial activities and will be able to vote their favourite films. In addition, they will enjoy an animation workshop making a film with playdough.

• STOP-MOTION WORKSHOP

Children participating in A Caixiña dos Mistos, on Friday 30th in the afternoon, will have the opportunity to create a 1 minute short film in a practical and playful way using clay-animation. Every participant will get a dvd copy of the film and the making off at the end of the activity.

• OFestivalON OPEN (Competition for Liga Nacional de Billarda)

Also on Friday, from 16.00h on, at the sports center of Remourelle (Ribadeo), we can enjoy OFestivalON OPEN of a galician traditional game called A Billarda. Matches will be recorded as part of a documentary. Every one can come along and play! The idea is to have fun and pass on the essence of this game.
